NOTICE: Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. The registration/payment deadline is one week before the workshop date. Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided when a registration is cancelled at least one week before the workshop date. Refunds must be requested in writing. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Refunds will be provided if the Early Learning Connection cancels the class. Participants will be notified of cancellations due to weather or other circumstances via the email address provided for registration.

Description

Learning series (8 modules) for child care center directors. Fulfills the DHHS licensing requirement: 391 NAC Regulation 3 006.08B Child Care Management Training. Participants must attend all sessions.

Module 3 of 8 Policies and Procedures

This module focuses on the importance of having policies and procedures in an early childhood program.
Develop policies and procedures for the program.

• Draft parent agreements
• Outline health policies
• Determine ways to share your policies and procedures
• Develop a personal philosophy about child care
