Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided when a registration is cancelled at least one week before the workshop date. Refunds must be requested in writing. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.  Refunds will be provided if the Early Learning Connection cancels the class.  Participants will be notified of cancellations due to weather or other circumstances via the email address provided for registration.

DescriptionIn this four session series participants will learn strategies and practices to increase the positive energy in their program, reduce stress, and lead with intention.

Objectives:
  • Through exploration and discussion examine the impact and importance of effective leadership.
  • Identify strategies to grow positive relationships.
  • Discuss goal setting practices.
  • Understand the power of focusing on staff strengths.
  • Learn effective time management practices.

CommentsNebraska Department of Education Office of Early Childhood online participant requirements:
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.

The Central Region Early Learning Connection will provide the Zoom link two days prior to each session.
