NOTICE: Registration deadline is one week before workshop date. Participants will be notified of cancellations due to weather or other circumstances via the email they provided for registration. Registrant cancellations will be accepted until the registration deadline. A 100% credit will be given for use toward the registration fees for another Central Region Early Learning Connection sponsored workshop within the same grant year of the original workshop.

Description Este taller brinda información para apoyar el aprendizaje de los niños pequeños en el dominio de la salud y el desarrollo físico.

Objetivos:
Para descubrir la secuencia de desarrollo del aprendizaje de los niños en los dominios de la salud y el desarrollo físico
Examinar las diferencias entre desarrollo motor grueso (grande) y fino (pequeño).
Para descubrir estrategias para apoyar el desarrollo motor tanto grueso como fino
Para descubrir formas de promover prácticas independientes para la salud y la seguridad
Examinar cómo el entorno apoya la salud y el desarrollo físico
Explorar formas de promover prácticas independientes para el cuidado personal y la nutrición

Competencia básica: planificación, experiencias de aprendizaje y plan de estudios: salud y desarrollo físico

Material requerido para la clase: Estándares de aprendizaje y desarrollo para bebés y niños de Nebraska

This workshop provides information to support young children's learning in the domain of health and physical development.

Objectives:  
To Discover the Developmental Sequence of Children’s Learning in the Domains of Health and Physical Development
To Examine the Differences between Gross (Large) and Fine (Small Motor Development.
To Discover Strategies to Support both Gross and Fine Motor Development
To Discover Ways to Promote Independent Practices for Health/Safety
To Examine how the Environment Supports Health and Physical Development
To Explore Ways to Promote Independent Practices for Personal Care and Nutrition

Core Competency:   Planning, Learning Experiences and Curriculum - Health and Physical Development
