Refund Policy:
Refunds are only provided when a registration is cancelled at least one week before the workshop date. Refunds must be requested in writing. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Refunds will be provided if the Early Learning Connection cancels the class. Participants will be notified of cancellations due to weather or other circumstances via the email address provided for registration.

Learning series (4 modules) for family home child care providers. Fulfills Family Child Care Home I & II licensing requirement of business training (1-006.04C/2-006.04C).
Relationships in Family Child Care
This is session one out of four in the Getting Down to Business training series. To be successful as a family child care business there must be partnerships with families, open communication, and a family/work balance for the provider.

Demonstrate the importance of professionalism, including ethics
Explore the importance of relationships
Develop strategies for building relationships with families.

Key points to remember:
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
The Central Region Early Learning Connection will provide the Zoom link two days prior to each session.
