This is session one out of four in the Getting Down to Business training series. To be successful as a family child care business there must be partnerships with families, open communication, and a family/work balance for the provider.

Key points to remember:
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
