Module 4 Program Planning and Continuing Your Professional Journey
This is session four out of four in the Getting Down to Business training series. In this workshop participants explore program planning for their family child care business which will include routines, environments, curriculums, ethical considerations, professional growth, and stress management.
• Explore program planning related to the environment, routines, and curriculum
• Apply the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct to ethical dilemmas in early childhood
• Explore ways to manage our own stress levels
• Share handbooks and documents
• Celebrate completion of the modules.

Key points to remember:
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
The Central Region Early Learning Connection will provide the Zoom link two days prior to each session.
