NOTICE: Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
The registration/payment deadline is one week before the workshop date.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only provided when a registration is cancelled at least one week before the workshop date. Refunds must be requested in writing. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.  Refunds will be provided if the Early Learning Connection cancels the class. Participants will be notified of cancellations due to weather or other circumstances via the email address provided for registration.

Explore the essential developmental milestones for children from birth to age five. This training will provide you with valuable tools and resources to observe, assess and support children's development—especially those who may not be meeting expected milestones. Learn how to adapt your environment and activities to foster growth and success for every child in your care.
Objectives:
Gain an overview of child development from birth to age five and understand typical developmental expectations.
Learn about different screening tools available to track children's development.
Strengthen partnerships with families by sharing a clear, supportive picture of each child’s development.
Identify children who may not be meeting developmental milestones and understand next steps and resources available for those children and their families.
Discover resources available to educate, empower and support parents in their role.
Learn how to adapt your environment and daily activities to meet the diverse needs of all children.
Leave with practical strategies and tools you can implement immediately.

Key points to remember:
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
The Central Region Early Learning Connection will provide the Zoom link two days prior to each session.
