Participants
must attend all sessions IN ORDER.
Module 1 of 8 Relationships in Child Care
Management Training Program - Revised Edition (2024): This module focuses on the relationship skills with staff necessary to be a successful child care program leader.
Learning outcomes: Relationships in child care: a. Explore the importance of relationships b. Develop strategies for building partnerships c. Examine our own professional goals d. Demonstrate the importance of professionalism e. Develop a shared understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging

Basic Requirements
-For classes with multiple sessions participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate.
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
-Participants may NOT take class while in a car |
