Participants
must attend all sessions IN ORDER.
Module 2 of 8 Effective Workforce (must have already attended Module 1)
Management Training Program - Revised Edition (2024): This module explores the various aspects of developing a good and stable workforce for the early childhood program.
Learning outcomes: Effective workforce: a. Examine ways to create an effective workforce through personnel policies, job descriptions, evaluation and hiring practices b. Identify components of developing and sustaining staff c. Describe supervisory models d. Explore professional development approaches

Basic Requirements
-For classes with multiple sessions participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate.
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
-Participants may NOT take class while in a car |
