DescriptionLearning series (8 modules) for child care center directors. Fulfills the DHHS licensing requirement: 391 NAC Regulation 3 006.08B Child Care Management Training. 

Participants must attend all sessions in order.

Module 4 of 8 Inside and Outside the Building

Management Training Program - Revised Edition (2024): This module focuses on the child care space, looking at making the most of the space that you have, and creating a developmentally appropriate learning environment for all of the children in the program.

Learning outcomes: Inside and Outside the building a. Explore ways to make optimal use of space b. Discuss how to improve space c. Define developmentally appropriate materials selection d. Identify strategies adults can use to enhance the effectiveness of the environment

Basic Requirements
-For classes with multiple sessions participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate.
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
-Participants may NOT take class while in a car
