Management Training Module 7 Managing Challenging Situations
Management Training Program - Revised Edition (2024): This module focuses on navigating the various challenges early childhood leaders may face in their role.
Learning outcomes: Managing challenging situations a. Explore effective communication skills b. Examine approaches to common staff guidance issues c. Determine methods to reduce risk and potential harm to children and adults d. Discuss guidelines around identifying and reporting abuse and other regulation infractions e. Identify ways to manage stress levels and use self-care strategies

Basic Requirements
-For classes with multiple sessions participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate.
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
-Participants may NOT take class while in a car |
