Management Training Program - Revised Edition (2024): This module explores continuous professional development for both program leaders and staff.

Learning outcomes: Continuing your leadership journey a. Apply the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct to ethical dilemmas in early childhood. b. Identify ways to support growth within program staff. c. Explore ways to continue to build leadership skills and knowledge. d. Celebrate completion of the modules.

Basic Requirements
-For classes with multiple sessions participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate.
-Participant must have a working camera per participant, and audio capabilities.
-Participants who are not fully engaged, or have too many distractions, will not receive credit for the session.
-Participants may NOT take class while in a car
