DescriptionThis workshop provides information to support young children's learning in the domain of language and literacy.

Objectives:
To Discover Factors that Influence Children’s Literacy Development
To Examine the Importance of Oral Communication in Literacy Development
To Explore the Role of the Adult in Language/Literacy Development
To Discover Effective Techniques for Reading with Children
To Examine the Role of the Environment in Language/Literacy Development
To Explore Activities that Strengthen Literacy Development
