Join us for an engaging and collaborative session focused on creating smooth, successful transitions for children and families. Participants will connect with Kearney Public School staff—including teachers, counselors, principals, and other professionals—to share ideas, best practices, and real-world experiences. Through small group discussions and hands-on transition tools, attendees will reflect on current practices and develop clear, actionable next steps to strengthen transitions across settings. Expect practical strategies, meaningful conversations, and plenty of shared learning!
Objectives:
Participants will share ideas and best practices with Kearney Public School staff, including teachers, counselors, principals and others.
Participants will have small group discussions to share current transition practices and ideas.
Participants will use transition tools to action plan next steps to create successful transitions for the children and families they work with.
