| Description | | Participants will share ideas and best practices with a panel of Kearney Public School staff, including counselors, principals and others.
Participants will have small group discussions to share current transition practices and ideas.
Participants will use transition tools to action plan next steps to create successful transitions for the children and families they work with. |
