Description | | Interacting
and Communicating with Toddlers (Two Part Session)
The
interactions we have with young children set a foundation for learning and
future success.
The
words we use, the tone of our voice, the look on our face, and the body
language we use, build connections in the brain.
Session One Objectives:
Review appropriate expectations for toddlers. What they
should be learning and how they learn best.
Learn practical strategies to use daily with toddlers
to support communication, engagement, and learning.
Create a plan to implement learned strategies with
toddlers.
Session Two Objectives:
Reflect and review strategies used, their success, and
challenges.
Learn additional strategies to support toddlers.
Create a sustainability/accountability plan. |
