Central Region Professional Development (PD) Partners in Action brings together multi-county
coordinators to align and strengthen professional development supports for
child care providers. Members collaborate to identify shared needs, coordinate
strategies, and maximize the impact of available funding. The group is
action-oriented, focused on practical solutions that expand access, quality,
and workforce growth.
Goals

Align and leverage funding to expand equitable access to high-quality
professional development for child care providers across counties.

Identify and respond to workforce needs by sharing data, challenges, and
emerging trends in real time.
•
Coordinate and implement joint strategies that reduce duplication, increase
efficiency, and drive measurable impact.
