NOTICE: Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. The registration/payment deadline is one week before the workshop date. Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided when a registration is cancelled at least one week before the workshop date. Refunds must be requested in writing. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Refunds will be provided if the Early Learning Connection cancels the class. Participants will be notified of cancellations due to weather or other circumstances via the email address provided for registration.

Description

Coaching to Success is based on five pillars of coaching: relationship, partnership, curiosity, building capacity, and coaching from the inside out. These pillars encompass adult learning principles, beliefs of effective coaches, a system for essential communication, and a method to approach adults that creates buy-in and commitment.

Objectives:
-Learn methods for developing deep, trusting partnerships with coaches
-Explore a step-by-step process for positive feedback
-Practice the blueprint for handling difficult conversations
-Learn strategies to capitalize on the strengths of each coach
-Identify tools to meet personal and organizational goals
