| Description | | Coaching to Success is based on five pillars of coaching: relationship, partnership, curiosity, building capacity, and coaching from the inside out. These pillars encompass adult learning principles, beliefs of effective coaches, a system for essential communication, and a method to approach adults that creates buy-in and commitment.
Objectives:
-Learn methods for developing deep, trusting partnerships with coaches
-Explore a step-by-step process for positive feedback
-Practice the blueprint for handling difficult conversations
-Learn strategies to capitalize on the strengths of each coach
-Identify tools to meet personal and organizational goals
