Registrant cancellations will be accepted until the registration deadline. A 100% credit will be given for use toward the registration fees for another Central Region Early Learning Connection sponsored workshop within the same grant year of the original workshop.

DescriptionCoaching to Success is based on five pillars of coaching:  relationship, partnership, curiosity, building capacity, and coaching from the inside out.  These pillars encompass adult learning principles, beliefs of effective coaches, a system for essential communication, and a method to approach adults that creates buy-in and commitment.

Objectives:
-Learn methods for developing deep, trusting partnerships with early childhood educators
-Explore a step-by-step process for positive feedback
-Practice the blueprint for handling difficult conversations
-Learn strategies to capitalize on the strengths of each early childhood educator
-Identify tools to meet personal and organizational goals
