junior and senior-level nutrition students, for a delicious food-themed
workshop! They will showcase seven healthy, holiday-inspired snacks that you can
incorporate into your child care program.
Objectives:
From Valentine’s Day through
Christmas, discover creative ways to make snack time both nutritious and fun
using wholesome ingredients.
Each group will present their
chosen recipe, explain how it meets childhood nutrition guidelines, and, of
course, offer a chance to taste these delicious snacks!
